$56.76 - $58.67 per hour + salary packaging
About the Role
Join our dedicated Special Care Nursery team at Grampians Health Ballarat as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager. This is an exciting
opportunity for a skilled and driven leader to support and enhance neonatal care services. You will work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care while developing your leadership skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of best-practice neonatal care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Assist with clinical coordination and resource management across shifts
- Support patient flow and ensure compliance with key performance indicators
- Contribute to quality, safety, and risk management programs
- Act as a delegate for the Nurse Unit Manager as required
Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA registration and current practicing certificate
- Experience in a neonatal or paediatric setting preferred
- Leadership skills with a strong understanding of ANUM responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
