As a dedicated nurse educator and paediatric intensive care nurse, Yolly brings over 14 years experience in providing exemplary care to critically ill children while fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within healthcare teams. She has a passion for paediatric healthcare and ensuring healthcare staff deliver care of the highest standards through dynamic education initiatives and interactive workshops. Recently she has moved to Safer Care Victoria, where she is part of the Capability Development Team, delivering programs on quality improvement, safety and partnering with consumers. Yolly will be presenting on team relationships, and how your leadership personality works with others.
