Dr Anna Tottman is a Specialist Neonatologist who trained in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. She is a holds a clinical neonatal position at theRoyal Women’s Hospital, Melbourne, and heads the paediatric arm of theWomen’s Alcohol and Drug Service. This state-wide service providesmaternity care to women with pregnancies affected by complex drug use.In this role she provides health and developmental care to vulnerablechildren up to the age of 2 years, and is leading the development of amultidisciplinary care pathway for infants impacted by drug and alcoholexposures within the new First Thousand Days Clinic.
